3 Things Women in Business Really Want For Christmas

As a women's business coach, I have the privilege of hearing about my client's deepest wishes and needs. I am honored that I am given the opportunity to share in the ups and downs, highs and lows of each entrepreneur's business and often their personal life. It is from this experience that I can share with you the 3 things women in business really want for Christmas.
First, top of mind for all my entrepreneurs, is the health and well-being of their families, customers' families and all the people whom they deal with on an annual basis. Women care deeply and appreciate the people who have shown their support for them and their businesses. They want all the people in their life to succeed.
Second- my client's pay it forward every chance they get. They believe in charity and in supporting their community. It is a gift for them if they are able to create an impact for a local charitable cause. They want and do make a difference.
Three -women care about how women and girls are treated around the world. Women in business appreciate the opportunities that they have been given to start, grow and compete in business and they understand the importance of making it easier for the next generation of women.
As we celebrate this wonderful holiday season it is easy to think about how much we wish our business had been better in 2011 - but it should be even easier to show gratitude for what we have and what we can offer others. Merry Christmas.
